These terms cover your use of pelluxentertainment.com, run by Pellux Network, whose games label is Pellux Entertainment ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Our games come with their own terms.

Our content and trademarks

Everything on this site, including the text, artwork, logos and code, belongs to Pellux Network or is used with permission. It's protected by copyright and trademark law. PELLUX ENTERTAINMENT™, Print Run, the Pellux mark and our game logos are trademarks of Pellux Network.

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. If you're writing about or making videos of our games, you're welcome to use images from this site in that coverage. For anything else, please ask us first.

Using the site

Please don't:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools that put unreasonable load on it;
• sign up other people's email addresses to our lists without their permission;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Email lists

If you join a launch email list, we'll only send what you signed up for, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your address is covered by our privacy policy.

Games in development

Our games are works in progress. Features, artwork, platforms and release timing shown on this site reflect our current plans and may change. "Coming soon" is a hope, not a promised date.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as app stores. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in Colorado. If you're a consumer living outside the United States, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be waived by agreement, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
